Our four and five day retreats include delicious healthy meals, contact healing, mindful meditations and a spa treatment of your choice (some spa treatments at an additional charge) .

Take a stroll around our beautiful grounds, watch the sun rise and set in our very special Cherry Tree Walk. Experience our Labyrinth or simply sit in nature and absorb all its healing power.
