While there is hope in sight with the development of vaccines, this has been and continues to be a very challenging time. Although we have all been weathering the same storm, it has had and continues to have a very different impact on each of us, depending on our individual circumstances. How do we find our light, motivation, and realistic positivity to live and work well as we wait for the passing of the storm?

By the end of the webinar, you will:
  • Understand the difference between wishful thinking and how to generate genuine hope
  • Recognise the potency of gratitude
  • Gain an understanding of common human needs
  • Have time to reflect and gain a refreshed perspective on what is useful for you now and moving forward
  • Have a list of ideas and actions for increasing your motivation and realistic positivity

Things we will cover:
  • Hope Theory and its practical implications
  • Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and its impact during challenging times
  • Research basis of the effect of practicing gratitude
  • How hope, needs and gratitude tie together and implications for how we approach life and work
  • Coaching and energy healing working at mind, body and soul levels to find and integrate your light, motivation and realistic positivity with practical daily life in mind
