Relax on a Friday Evening with Susan on Zoom

My name is Susan Johnson and I am a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher, I write the books Thirty Paths which are a selection of relaxations, breathing techniques and meditations.

I usually teach two Yoga classes a week and my members just love the last part of the class when they lie down and relax for a full half hour whilst I take them on a journey to relaxation, however during the pandemic all classes are postponed and so no relaxation and meditation.

I decided to do my half hour relaxation, breathing practice and words of comfort, through Zoom to help people who are anxious, alone, or in need of support.

We need to keep the channels of connection open, which we can all benefit from when our breathing practice changes to healing energy for mind, emotions and physical.

I am offering all members or visitors to the Sanctuary to join me on a Friday evening at 7pm via zoom for 40 mins of complete relaxation. This is all audio live, so you can lie down on the bed, on the floor, or sit in a chair.

13th, 20th and 27th

4th, 11th, 18th

Tickets are available through Eventbrite and are £5, but I am donating all the ticket money back to the Sanctuary, to join in all you have to do is email me at susan@thirtypaths.com and I will send you the link, I hope you can join me especially during the dark winter nights. This offer will be available until January 1st 2021.
